Further Parish Policies

The Church of England emphasizes that all Parochial Church Councils (PCCs) must have Safeguarding policies in place to ensure the safety and well-being of everyone within the church community.   The policies for each of the parishes of this benefice, can be found here: Parish Safeguarding Policies.

These policies should focus on creating a safe and inclusive environment for children, young people, and vulnerable adults.

Additionally, PCCs need to establish policies for managing finances, dealing with complaints, and ensuring the proper governance of the church.

Here’s are links to each of the parish policies adopted by each of the PCCs of all 4 churches in the benefice.     more detailed look at key areas where parish policies are crucial:

Each of these policies are reviewed every year by each  PCC; often at the first meeting of the PCC, held after the Annual General Meeting.
